Staff are available to answer your telephone calls from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding WV state holidays) unless otherwise noted.
If you are calling outside our normal business hours or if all lines are busy, please leave a message and we will return your call as quickly as possible.
While we make every effort to answer your emails in a timely manner, please allow us up to 5 business days to process your request and answer your email. Please do not email and then call the office with the same request without providing us this minimal amount of time to address your first email.
